There are a limited number of spaces (currently 15).
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. On receiving your booking request we will send you an email with a provisional booking confirmation and payment details.

What to expect at Yoga Club
These Iyengar Yoga Children’s sessions are dynamic, engaging and focused on quick, lively movements. Children will learn a wide range of invigorating, fun and challenging yoga poses. Some breathing and mindfulness techniques will also be taught.
Yoga brings strength and agility, promotes body awareness and balance and gives an overall sense of calm and wellbeing.
